Research aims

Male breast cancer is rare compared to female breast cancer. This study aims to understand the experience of men who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and how this experience changes over time.

The researchers

This research study is being conducted by the Department of Psychological Sciences at Birkbeck, University of London. The researchers are: Rosemary McCracken, Dr Virginia Eatough (Chief Investigator for the study) and Professor Beth Grunfeld.
The study has ethical approval by Birkbeck College,University of London.
